What are the Payment Terms?

We ship all our orders via CREDIT CARD, C.O.D. CASHIER’S CHECK or MONEY ORDER. To establish C.O.D. Company Check or other terms requires prior approval and the completion of a credit application. For a credit application please feel free to give us a call or send us an email. 

How are orders shipped?

All orders are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) ground unless otherwise advised by the customer. 


 When is the cutoff time for orders to ship out the same day?

All orders received before 3 pm EST will ship out same day unless it is label change or otherwise requested by customer to ship on a later date.


 Will there be any backorders?

Every effort will be made to ship all orders complete. Customers will be notified on backorders on all orders. Once the item is back in stock your sales rep will give you a call to let you know. Please advise your sales representative if you wish to cancel backorders automatically.

 Does each customer have an ID number?

Every customer is assigned an ID number to ensure prompt attention and flawless editing of their orders. Please, always call/fax with your customer ID number

 What if I receive a damaged package?

1. Upon receiving your order, each carton should be checked for damage/tampering before signing delivery receipt.

2. Should there be damage or distortions of any kind, write “Damaged Carton” on all delivery receipts before signing.

3. DO NOT DISCARD damaged cartons as they may be held for inspection purposes.

4. If you receive a damaged package by UPS, notify your local UPS Customer Service for advice. Remember, all UPS packages are insured.  

 When will I get my order?

If your order(s) is placed before 3:00 pm it will ship the same day. Below is the transit time map (UPS Ground) originating from NJ which is where we are shipping from. USPS also is an available option.
